Shipping and Returns


*Please allow up to 5 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this time, the shipping process will go into effect. During high sale times and holiday seasons it may take up to 7-9 business days for standard processing.  Our business days are Tuesday - Friday.

*We do ship internationally, and those shipping times can be up to two weeks. There is weight based fee for shipping outside the United State, and a duty fee may also be applied at delivery.

*All prices are listed in USD.
*We are unable to make any adjustments, or additions, to orders after they have been submitted. No exceptions. 
*We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted

Our policy lasts 14 days for online and 7 days for in store purchases. Please notify us of any returns or exchanges needed before the 14 days for online. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase online, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must have the tag still attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Bodysuits, intimates, or any type of under garment cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery without notification will only be a partial refund due to restocking and inconvenience. The fee will be based on 20% of the purchase price.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All final sales include the following: Formal dresses, Jewelry, Bodysuits, Undergarments, and all discounted items. No credit or exchange will be offered after purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Any item that is sent in for exchange without notifying will be considered a return without notification and will only be a partial refund due to restocking and inconvenience. The fee will be based on 20% of the original price of the item.

If item is no longer carried in the store we will offer credit to those with proof of purchase.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you or kept on file for future purchases for the amount of the gift.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and take no responsibility for shipping services.
